Ronnie McGhee, FAIA, LEED AP



Mr. McGhee is the Principal of the firm and has over 25 years of professional experience with a specialty in historic preservation. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University and studied Anthropology at Northwestern University. He is an associate professor at Howard University and is actively involved in the Intern Development Program at the University.  His experience includes award-winning residential, municipal, and federal projects. He was formerly the Chief of Architecture & Engineering for Bolling AirForce Base.

Mr. McGhee is the Chairman of the DC Architecture & Interior Design Board and DC Delegate for NCARB

Ms. McGhee is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of business and finance experience. She started her career at Deloitte as an Auditor and worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies thereafter.

Mr. Ibnouf is an International Architect having worked in Africa, Asia (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain), and USA with 21 years of experience leading and managing projects worth over $700 million.  Industries include educational, gas & oil, institutional, commercial, and residential, including four LEED Gold and Silver projects.

Christopher Sullivan, CDT, LEED Green Associate, Associate AIA

Project Manager


Mr. Sullivan has approximately ten years of experience with Architectural Design and Historic Preservation ranging from custom residential, Affordable Housing to Liturgical and Education Facility Renovation and Restoration.

Mr. Sullivan has a varied educational background that began at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, officially concluded at Catholic University in 2001, then continued there as recently as 2014 while pursuing a second graduate degree in Facilities Management.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of The American Institute of Architects, The American Association for the Advancement of Science, and The Association for Preservation Technology.

Hailing from the Great State of Minnesota, Mr. Eide has had the pleasure of working in large public relations firms, small environmental non-profits, and professional sports teams (RIP Supersonics).

Mr. Eide loves traveling and connecting on a personal level with everyone he meets, frequently using his love of soccer to break the ice.
