Ronnie McGhee

Principal

Mr. McGhee is the Principal of the firm and has over 25 years of professional experience with a specialty in historic preservation. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University and studied Anthropology at Northwestern University. He is an associate professor at Howard University and is actively involved in the Intern Development Program at the University.  His experience includes award-winning residential, municipal, and federal projects. He was formerly the Chief of Architecture & Engineering for Bolling AirForce Base.

Mr. McGhee is the Chairman of the DC Architecture & Interior Design Board and DC Delegate for NCARB

Ian Pepek

Mr. Pepek found his passion for architecture and design as an art requirement at Kent School in Connecticut. Since then he has traveled through Europe studying architecture in Florence, Rome, Venice, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Madrid, and Lisbon.

Mr. Pepek’s work includes several mixed-use projects including the Old Post Office/Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC.
